A Deep Emerald Green
I know I’ve told you guys that I’m genuinely feeling the color green this season. And just not any green… a deep emerald green worthy of the jewel tone title.
You’ve seen my beret – but this time I have a full emerald look to match! Because of my pear body shape, I am naturally drawn to A-line dresses. And when I’m lucky, I can find just such a dress with some distinctive details that make it truly special. Such was the case when I saw this emerald dress with a subtle, white pattern. The combination of the balloon sleeves and the D-ring belt around the waist gives this dress a retro touch that pairs perfectly with a matching beret.
Camel Coat and Nude Boots
With the arrival of chillier temperatures, I threw on my camel coat and nude boots to tone down the head to toe green look. Lastly, I finished my look with a vintage Cartier envelope clutch, purchased at my favorite vintage store in my hometown. Every time I’m in Jacksonville, Florida I have to head to Good Eye House & Style to see what new goodies are in-store. And speaking of that… I’ll be in Jacksonville this week so fingers crossed for some new items coming to the blog soon! xo
