Vintage Chanel Summer Outfit

Who doesn’t love vintage Chanel? It’s always been a dream of mine to be dressed in head to toe vintage Chanel, and this casual summer outfit comes pretty darn close. I’m wearing a vintage Chanel jacket and shorts from my curated collection with Designer Revival (you can read more about it in this post). I just love these high waisted shorts, they are so classically Chanel with the white lining, plus the high-waisted fit is so chic. This white Chanel jacket was slightly too small for me to button, so I wore it open for a more casual vibe.

When people think of Chanel, they might think that the pieces can be stuffy. I decided to dress the jacket and shorts down and create a Summer smart casual outfit. So I got creative with my styling and chose a one piece swimsuit as my top. The floral print and off-the-shoulder neckline add an element of youth to this look, and I like how the tight fit of the swimsuit tucks perfectly into the shorts. The colourful swimsuit also helps give this outfit a pop of colour, which is always essential in my styling.

For my accessories, I’m also rocking pieces from my Designer Revival collection. Since the shorts are a longer length, I chose Nicholas Kirkwood pumps to accentuate my legs. I also went with a straw starfish bag that is the perfect addition to any summer outfit. I completed the outfit with a darling gold bow bracelet to match the bag, and round Miu Miu sunglasses.
