1. Be Alice In Wonderland For A Day

Forget Instagram, snapchat ,facebook or youtube. Switch off your phone and get ready to get lost in your city. Invite your close friend and just have a nice one to one conversation while you walk through every unfamiliar street. It will help you get some fresh air, rediscover your city and stronger your bond with your friend.

2. Cafe Therapy

Go to your favourite cafe, sit by the window and sip on your favourite tea while you watch people and buses passing by. With every sip, you will feel more present and focused on the moment. It’s like meditating, it will help you be present in the moment, and being is where you can enjoy where you are and what you are doing. It’s a great way to clear out your toxic thoughts and relax your mind and body.

3. Get creative

You don’t have to be a painter or artist to be creative. Take out that white canvas and just paint or draw what you want. Play will colour and open up yourself to the imagination. If painting is not your thing, you can also try different things like writing journal, dancing, anything that needs a bit of creativity and concentration. You will be surprised how inspired, accomplished and rejuvenated you feel.

4. Family Time

Have a family gathering, spend time talking, reconnecting and just having a laugh. Get to know what is going on in each other life. Like good old days, bring out some classic games like cards, snakes or even monopoly and play it in a group.

You will be surprised how much fun you can have.
